Leaky Gut Detox Cubes
I want to prevent ALL THE THINGS. If you follow me on Instagram you know that I just got my blood work back and if straight A’s was a thing on blood work then you’re looking at the perfect student. I’ve reversed SO any of my health issues by using food as medicine and implementing little health hacks & supplements. This is one of my fav health hacks!
Cucumber juice is pretty much the 8th wonder of the world, it’s packed with nutrients such as vitamins A, C, K, magnesium, silicon, and potassium.
It can cleanse and detox the entire body as well as help to alleviate digestive problems such as gastritis, acidity, heartburn, indigestion, and ulcers.
It also a fabulous source of gel water, making it the ideal way to properly hydrate the body since it has electrolytes that can carry nutrients and hydration deep into the cells and tissues making it even more hydrating than good ol fashioned H2O.
Now blend this with leaky gut fixing L-Glutamine and anti inflammatory/bloat battling herbs & the detoxing power of toxic absorbing acacia fiber and pectin.
All this anti inflammatory goodness can significantly benefit autoimmune and neurological disorders like Anxiety, Depression, Eczema, Psoriasis, Migraines, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis & Lupus.

Blend it all together, freeze in a cube maker. Once frozen pour Ginger Ale Zevia over a few couple cubes. 2 cubes equals roughly half a serving of REPAIR+
Freeze the leftover in a reusable bag to keep from freezer burn.
Recipe Hack: You can also strain out the cucumber fiber and just use the cucumber juice for smoother cubes. Or swap out for celery juice!
